The transformation
A 32 m² studio flat in Antibes, 150 metres from the beach and a 4-minute walk from the town centre. The property was in a dilapidated state and required a complete renovation — the bathroom had to be completely gutted, the electrical wiring needed replacing, and the walls had to be completely redone.
