💶 Budget approved prior to project launchYou don’t have to manage craftsmen or visit the site. We are your sole point of contact. We coordinate all trades, monitor the progress of the work and send you weekly reports with photos and videos so that you can follow everything remotely, with complete transparency.
📸 Weekly photo and video reportsTo ensure that tenants fall in love with the property at first sight and to secure a quick let at the best possible price, we take care of the complete furnishing and decoration of the flat. We select stylish, sturdy furniture and manage delivery and assembly. Your property is delivered ‘ready to rent’.
