Buying with no deposit (100%)
Our main aim is to structure the loan so that it covers both the purchase price of the property AND the solicitor’s fees. This means you need to draw on very little of your personal savings, which remain available for other projects.
Deferred Repayment
For projects involving building work, we always negotiate a repayment holiday on the loan, usually for six months or more. You won’t have to make any monthly repayments for the duration of the building work.
